The inside and outside of this blast chiller are made in stainless steel, except for the outside bottom plate which is made in galvanised steel. Internal rounded cornsers.
Polyurethane insulation, without CFC, injected at high pressure. Insulation thickness: 60 mm. Automatic closing door with magnetic gasket. Removable top plate.
Front panel with electronic control with PTC chamber probe and insert probe at the core.
Ventilated refrigeration with air agitator. Removable monoblock refrigeration unit with standard tropicalization (Environmental temperature: +43 °C; Relative humidity: 65%). Gas R404A/R507.
Also available without refrigerated unit.
The back panel can be opened, for an easier maintenance.
Stainless steel feet with adjustable height (60-90 H mm).
