ENVertical slicer 37 cm blade
Professional slicer designed to cut big cold-cuts, cheeses, bread and fish. This line has been made with attention to finest details. Easy to clean thanks to the sliding carriage's blocking system, which allows the removal of the food tray and its baering for an easy access under the food tray.
A special safety, mechanism allows the disassembly only when the slice regulator's bulkhead is in "0" position, so that the blade is completely protected.
This slicer has been designed respecting safety norms.
