The Labo XPL P are easy-to-use, simple-to-manage batch freezers, useful in every gelato laboratory.
Solid and tireless, they have very rounded corners in the whole part close to the operator, for a high level of accident prevention.

PERFORMANCE
Hard-O-Tronic®: The exclusive system for an excellent ice cream. The programmed consistency values and that of the ice cream being frozen appear constantly on the LCD display. With the arrows it is always possible to modify it, to obtain your own ideal ice cream.
POM stirrer: The stirrer has no central shaft and has POM blades, impervious to the cold, for the total expulsion of the ice cream; rigid and light, it has self-adjusting scraper pads for constant cleaning and performance of the cylinder.
Post-cooling: To keep the consistency of the ice cream that comes out last intact, the cold is reactivated even during extraction with the post-cooling.
COMFORT'
The hopper lid, when open, leaves all the control buttons free, to allow the start of the processing cycles even while the mixture is being added.
The operations for introducing the mixture and for extracting the ice cream are always carried out with the torso upright.
Shelf cover mat is designed to keep trays, tubs and tubs in place during ice cream extraction.
Optional Crystal Portioning Port ideal for filling containers and jars directly from the machine.
Optional: Steel hatch to replace the standard polymer hatch.

The product outlet chute can be disassembled, to facilitate the complete removal of any ice cream residue, for thorough cleaning.
The delayed cleaning program guarantees hygienic safety thanks to the temperature control of the cylinder once the ice cream has been extracted. It is therefore not necessary to wash the machine immediately in the event of prolonged work breaks.
