Are you Ready? Produce your own fresh Gelato prepared with:

- SIX automatic programmes, 2 for making delicious milk ice cream and fresh fruit sorbets; 1 to produce perfect fruit slushes; 2 to produce the special CRYSTAL ice cream with milk or fruit; 1 to produce Ice Cream* with the appropriate agitator. (*3E agitator optional for all models. Can also be purchased as a spare part)

- SIX automatic programs, 3 hot and 3 cold; through Water Filling, hydration and mixing are inside the machine, saving time and avoiding dosing errors.

- SIX automatic programs. THREE dedicated to Gelato and THREE dedicated to Ice Cream: 1 to pasteurise the mixture and transform it into Gelato/Ice Cream, 1 to pasteurise, mature and then transform into Gelato/Ice Cream, 1 to heat and cool the mixture and then transform it into Ice Cream/Ice Cream.

PERFORMANCE

Hard-O-Tronic®: The exclusive system for an excellent ice cream. The programmed consistency values and that of the ice cream being frozen appear constantly on the LCD display. With the arrows it is always possible to modify it, to obtain your own ideal ice cream.

POM Stirrer: The stirrer has no central shaft and has POM blades, impervious to the cold, for the total expulsion of the ice cream; rigid and light, it has self-adjusting scraper pads for constant cleaning and performance of the cylinder.

Post-Cooling: To keep the consistency of the ice cream that comes out last intact, the cold is reactivated even during extraction with the post-cooling.

COMFORT'

Optional 3E agitator for all models. Ideal for making Ice Cream. Also available as a spare.

Optional Crystal Portioner Door. Ideal when using the Crystal program for filling containers and jars directly from the machine.

Thanks to the spacer, which can be fitted at any time, it is possible to reduce the opening of the outlet door, thus facilitating the extraction of the Crystal product and the washing of the machine.

Shelf cover mat is designed to keep trays, tubs and tubs in place during ice cream extraction.

Water Filling function to dispense the precise amount of water required in recipes or cleaning, saving time and avoiding dosing errors.

All the updated contents such as the catalogue, instruction manual and Carpi Care kit can be downloaded via the QR Code on the front of the machine.

The operator uses the machine upright and the controls, simple and clear, are accessible even when inserting the mix.

SAVINGS

The Ready technology allows the entire ice cream production process to be carried out with a single machine.

SAFETY

During ice cream production, in the event of a power failure or accidental stop, an automatic "defrost" procedure when restarted allows production to be restarted quickly.

With TEOREMA, production continuity is guaranteed, thanks to assistance facilitated by checks and diagnoses via the internet, which can be consulted from PCs, tablets and smartphones.

Accident prevention has been increased, with even more rounded and connected corners, in the whole part of the machine closest to the operator.

HYGIENE

Carpi Care kit - Carpi Clean kit: ask your dealer to always keep your machine hygienically perfect.

The delayed cleaning program guarantees hygienic safety thanks to the temperature control of the cylinder once the ice cream has been extracted. It is therefore not necessary to wash the machine immediately in the event of prolonged work breaks.

The cylinder and the front plate are a single piece for maximum cleanliness and hygienic guarantee.

With the hot washing of the cylinder and the removable ice cream outlet chute, cleaning is facilitated.

Even cleaning the plates is quick, because with the Scotch-Brite treatment, the stainless steel is stain-resistant and does not retain grease residues.
