Performance: The ReadyChef Gelato Machine offers 34 complete gelato and pastry processes, allowing you to create an impressive assortment of excellent specialties. The Hard-O-Tronic® system displays the programmed consistency values and the actual consistency during the churn. You can easily adjust and achieve your desired gelato consistency using the arrows on the user-friendly LCD display.

The machine features a POM agitator resistant to both cold and heat, ensuring complete expulsion of gelato and creams. Its self-adjusting scraper blades facilitate easy cleaning and ensure optimal cylinder performance.

To maintain the consistency of the final gelato, the post-cooling feature reactivates the cold during extraction. Additionally, a detailed Recipe Book, accessible through the QR Code on the front of the machine, assists in ingredient selection and dosage for each product.

Convenience: All updated contents, such as instruction manuals, Carpi Care kits, and Carpi Clean kits, can be easily downloaded using the QR Code on the front of the machine. An optional 3E agitator is available for Ice Cream production and can be purchased as a spare part.

The optional Crystal Portion Door is perfect for use with the Crystal program, allowing direct filling of containers and jars from the machine. With the included spacer, the opening of the exit door can be reduced for easier extraction of Crystal products and machine cleaning.

The versatile shelf can be mounted in three different positions, depending on the type of usage: Position 1 for traditional containers, Position 2 for round containers, and Position 3 to save space when not in use. It can be easily removed during cleaning operations.

The machine can be equipped with an optional quick-attach hose, facilitating easy connection and disconnection. The hose also includes a support system to keep it in place during use.

The inverter allows for variegated gelato in containers without stopping the machine or closing the door. The agitator speed can be reduced to completely stop gelato dispensing, allowing convenient distribution of toppings. Increasing the speed resumes the gelato dispensing process.

Additionally, the shelf cover mat is designed to hold the containers in place during product extraction.

During hot processes exceeding 50°C, the display turns red to alert the operator that the machine contains heated products. This visual signal prevents mishandling of hot products.

Defrost: In case of power failure or accidental stoppage during gelato production, an automatic defrost procedure enables a quick restart of production.

Hygiene: The cylinder cleaning process is expedited by heating the surface, which quickly removes any residual fats from production. After cleaning, the drying program eliminates all moisture from the cylinder, ensuring optimal conditions before tempering chocolate.

The delayed cleaning program ensures hygienic safety by monitoring the cylinder temperature after gelato extraction. This eliminates the need for immediate machine cleaning during extended work breaks.

The stainless steel plates are easy to clean, thanks to the Scotch-Brite treatment, which prevents staining and residue retention.

The cylinder and front plate are made as a single piece, facilitating maximum cleanliness and hygienic guarantee. The monolithic cylinder eliminates any gaps between the cylinder and the plate where condensation and ice could accumulate, extending the machine's lifespan.

The removable product slide allows for thorough cleaning, ensuring the complete removal of any residue from gelato, creams, or chocolate.
