Available in two different heights, for two different interactions between customer and product, and in three different lengths, all of which can be channeled together in linear or corner configurations.
PERFECT VISIBILITY
The visibility of the ice cream is emphasized by the raised position of the trays almost at the level of the display surface and by the internal LED lighting with continuous and uniform light. It is also possible to choose 3 different types of ice cream display, in relation to the 3 types of ventilation available.
HEATED GLASSES
The heated windows allow you to manage even the most demanding climatic operating conditions. The heated side double glazing and the heated laminated front glass eliminate the problem associated with condensation. The heating of the upper glass, also laminated, can be activated or deactivated by the operator based on the environmental conditions by means of a button positioned on the ceiling light, thus contributing to energy saving.
PERFORMANCE
"NATURAL" HIGH TECHNOLOGY
The refrigeration system is a jewel of high technology and sustainability: R290 natural refrigerant, double circuit with hermetic compressor and defrost by cycle inversion. Less vibrations and noise (-30% compared to models with R404A), greater energy efficiency (up to 10% savings) and maximum environmental sustainability as it is fully compatible with the European F-GAS standard.
DEFROST BY REVERSE CYCLE
The automatic cycle inversion defrosting allows cycle times 50% shorter than with hot gas, in order to keep the quality of the ice cream surface intact, also reducing energy consumption. In the pastry version, defrosting is by stopping the compressor. The high-efficiency electronic condenser fans contribute to energy savings.
INSULATION WITH PENTANE FOAM
The insulation with a low environmental impact Cyclopentane process guarantees insulation performance that is 20% higher than traditional systems.
PLUS - SINGLE EVAPORATOR WITH DOUBLE FRONT FLOW AIR DELIVERY
PLUS is ISA's historic and distinctive ventilation. The showcases with PLUS ventilation are equipped with a single evaporator and double air flow, front and central, with flow from the customer's side to the operator's side. The trays are arranged in the showcase with an inclination of 11 degrees which allows better visibility of the product on display and optimal ergonomics of the service. This ventilation ensures perfect preservation of the ice cream, making it more solid on the customer side and easier to scoop on the operator side. It is also ideal for ice cream on a stick, single portions and cold pastries.
PLUS 1 - DOUBLE EVAPORATOR WITH SINGLE REAR FLOW AIR DELIVERY
The showcases with PLUS 1 ventilation are equipped with double evaporator and single rear air outlet, with flow from the operator's side to the customer's side. The single air delivery allows a configuration with a single tray inclined by 3 degrees for the display of cold pastries and single portions. This ventilation, thanks to the high air throw and the adjustable deflectors, is particularly recommended for the "mountain" display of ice cream but is also perfect for ice cream on a stick.
PLUS 2 - DOUBLE EVAPORATOR WITH DOUBLE REAR FLOW AIR SUPPLY
The showcases with PLUS 2 ventilation are equipped with a double evaporator and double air flow, rear and central, with flow from the operator's side to the customer's side. The combination of the double evaporator and the double air flow ensures perfect distribution of the cold on all trays. This type of ventilation is indicated for ice cream with a "mountain" structure, sticks, single portions and cold pastries.
SMART DEFROSTING
INTELLIGENT DEFROST
The Plus 1 and Plus 2 configurations have an absolutely innovative intelligent defrosting system. Thanks to the combined operation of two evaporators, standard defrosting times are halved, reducing thermal shock to a minimum and keeping the appearance and organoleptic characteristics of the ice cream unaltered
PERFECT CHANNELING
Possibility of continuous linear or corner channeling between the different ice cream and pastry showcases without having to resort to the dividing side. Available in two different heights 117 and 135 cm and in three different lengths plus the corner that can be perfectly channeled together, Supercapri allows you to create continuity and integration throughout the composition of the venue. Even the shelves are channeled and integrated, enhancing the view of the product and making work more comfortable and ergonomic.
