FBM PRIMA CHOCOLATE TEMPERATURE MACHINE
The PRIMA chocolate tempering machine is the small one from FBM.
With a tank of only 10 kg, PRIMA meets the needs of small laboratories both for its economy and for its reduced dimensions. The high-tech contents remain at the levels of FBM standards.
The machine is controlled by a new electronic card through which it is possible to set the working parameters for obtaining continuous tempering.
The heating is obtained inside the chocolate containment tank, by means of thermal induction to ensure maximum precision and reactivity and significantly reduce the electrical absorption, while the tempering takes place in the barrel of the auger by means of gas, guaranteeing short times for reaching the temperature and accuracy in maintenance.
The machine is equipped with an electronic doser with adjustment of the dosing time and repetitions.
The automatic inversion of the auger allows the daily emptying of the chocolate from the auger to reduce the tempering cycle restart times to a minimum.
Enrobing trolley (optional) in two parts with a total length of mm. 1.360 equipped with two-ply channel, net beater, independent tail cutter motor, bearings and paper stop lever, vertically adjustable air diffuser, paper reel.
