The car with an extra gear

The T10 TEMPERATURE MACHINE is capable of giving an extra gear to the production of filled chocolates and pralines, thanks to its important capacity. Like all POMATI tempering machines, the T10 also has a forced air cooling system which gives a large quantity of tempering, even for long periods of processing.
