The great strength of Trittico Plus is an exclusive Bravo patent: the Ionic System®. An invention he has
revolutionized the very concept of freezing, applying a physical-scientific parameter that allows the machine
to establish automatically and notify you in real time when the ice cream is dry and ready for extraction, for
always perfect ice cream! Furthermore, thanks to an advanced software, Trittico Plus also approaches the basics of pastry
allowing you to make the custard.
CHARACTERISTICS
• the Ionic System® evaluates the right consistency and the right volume of the ice cream by detecting - through
probes positioned in the freezing cylinder - the quantity of crystallized water present in the mix.
• Multi-speed stirrer.
ADVANTAGES
• the Ionic System ® also allows, thanks to the patented speed variator, to increase
the stirring speed in the initial phase, to incorporate more air and to decrease it in the final phase
of freezing, in order not to disassemble the ice cream.
