Coldelite Compacta VariO is the combined machine for ice cream parlors that allows you to complete the entire artisanal ice cream production cycle with a single machine; the boiler cylinder is located in the upper part, for pasteurizing the mixtures, while the horizontal cylinder of the batch freezer is located in the lower part.
The Vario system varies the speed and doses the cooling power depending on the type and quantity of mixture introduced, optimizing production times and reducing electricity and water consumption by up to 30% compared to previous generation batch freezers.
Furthermore, the two-speed extraction, which can be set among the 8 available and can always be managed manually by the user, allows the ice cream to be extracted easily and to create variegations.
Compacta VariO elite - in the top-of-the-range version - is equipped with a kettle chef door, with an adjustable piston to intuitively extract the mixture from the side. The patented door of the batch freezer combines the ease of use of front loading with an unprecedented insulation system, which optimizes batch freezing times.
