The Evo Omniwash Line presents a wide range of electronic glasswashers and dishwashers. The line originates from the EVO 3500 model, with a 350mm drum, which offers excellent washing results in small spaces.
The appliances in the Evo Line respond perfectly to the need for ease of use, low operating costs and long life.
A flexible range for every space
The Evo Omniwash Line is the ideal solution for any space. The Evo 3500 model, with a 350mm basket and a height of only 669mm, is perfect for installation in small rooms. The Evo 4000 model, with a 400mm basket, occupies a height of only 719mm.
In places where space permits, the Evo 5000 model, with its 500x500mm basket, is ideal for an hourly production of around 30 cycles.
Perfect clean, always
All machines in the Evo line use washing pumps capable of guaranteeing excellent performance, wash after wash.
Perfectly clean dishes are obtained only with a constant and powerful rinse.
The Evo line rinse boiler offers an exclusive rinse temperature maintenance system, to guarantee the best results.
High performance impellers and washing jets. Powerful and exclusive pumps for always perfectly clean dishes.
The Interlock Omniwash device allows the rinse cycle to be carried out only when the set temperatures are reached, to guarantee the best hygiene standards.
All glasswashers in the Evo line are equipped with a cold rinse button. In crowded bars, when a quick rotation of cups and saucers is needed, this device allows a quick reuse of the dishes, without long waiting times.
All machines in the Evo line are equipped with an internal softener. The elimination of calcium and magnesium, which are naturally present in the water, allows in fact to obtain purified water, essential for perfect cleaning.

The machines of the Evo Line are synonymous with simplicity. The control panel is easy to use, so as to facilitate the user's tasks.
Wash and rinse impellers that are simple to extract and easy to clean. Surface filters that do not allow the entry of dirt and food residues, easy to remove and clean.

All undercounter models of the Evo line are equipped with door dampers. The Evo machines offer the possibility of choosing between three washing cycles: 120 – 180 or 240 seconds: each cycle starts with washing and ends with rinsing automatically, so as to ensure maximum ease of use.
The appliances in the Evo range are ideal for use in public places, bars and cafés. All the appliances in the Evo line are equipped with a water drain button: by pressing a simple button, the Evo line empties automatically to guarantee maximum cleanliness and hygiene.

The peristaltic pumps of the Omniwash dispensers accurately control the consumption of detergents while the surface filters, positioned in the tank, help keep the washing water cleaner for longer. Special Incoloy heating elements, exceptional for their rapid heating qualities, offer an important reduction in electricity consumption.
