The main feature of the modular ovens is the possibility of re-configuring the structure according to one's needs.
To this end, you can choose:
- number of chambers installed (from 1 to 4)
- useful internal height of the chambers (18 or 23 cm)
- height of the lower support (66 or 75 cm)
- type of support foot (h.18 foot, h.10 foot, wheel or plate)

- if necessary, the hood can be motorized by installing an extractor fan.
- if necessary, the rooms can be equipped with a humidification system
