Heating and Cooling in a dry bain-marie: avoids encrustations, performance and energy consumption remain constant over time.
Stirrer with 8 different mixing modes: the scrapers and the particular shape of the removable blade create a helical, vertical and horizontal motion, which ensures complete mixing and cooking of the product.

Extraction tap: one outlet position for liquid products and one for dense ones.
Lid: double with a large hopper to conveniently pour the ingredients while stirring is active, working in complete safety.
Shelf: in steel and fitted with a rubber mat; it has three attachment positions and can be applied to the machine in an upright or upside down position, to hold containers and trays of various sizes.
