BENCH PLANETARY
The bench stand mixers of the Domino line are available in 3 models. Compact and with an attractive design, and practical to use, they are suitable for productions of all kinds and sizes. For this reason SM is a machine that finds its place both in bakery and pastry shops but also in ice cream parlors and restaurants. Depending on the needs, Domino offers planetary mixers of 7, 12 and 20 liters to meet the needs of each production, from the smallest to the largest.
There are three tools supplied with each stand mixer: the whisk which allows you to beat eggs, whip cream and prepare various semi-fluid creams. The hook for leavened doughs, such as focaccia, brioches and soft pastries. Finally the spatula, for shortcrust pastry, cakes and biscuits. The SM 7, SM 12 and SM 20 bench planetary mixers are equipped with a transparent AR protection for easier mixing control and machine cleaning and, finally, with solid adjustable steel feet in the 12 and 20 liter models .
