The double arm mixers are particularly suitable for pastry, bakery and pizzeria doughs.
Their operating system, which reproduces the typical movement of human arms and hands, is the most experienced that exists for the processing of leavened dough.
The product obtained is of maximum homogeneity, perfectly oxygenated, without excessive overheating of the dough, ready for perfect leavening.
• Sturdy structure in painted steel mounted on wheels
• Cast iron gears lubricated in an oil bath to ensure low noise and durability
• Two motors, one with two speeds for the movement of the kneading arms, the other with a constant speed for the rotation of the bowl.
This fundamental characteristic allows to oxygenate the dough more and reduce working times
• Bowl pulse for easy extraction of the dough after processing
