BT650 FLAMIC
WORKING TABLE
The BT650 work table has been designed to automate the cutting phase of the strips of puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, pizza dough, etc., in the most varied shapes: triangle for croissants, round, ring, oval, square, rectangular, etc. Thanks to the combination of different cutting rollers, easily replaceable, it is very quick and easy to switch from cutting one type of product to a different one.Sturdy structure, entirely in stainless steel, mounted on wheels for easy movement, washable carpet and surfaces smooth they favor the cleaning of the table.
The feeding of the table takes place through the passage of the dough directly from the sheeter or other transfer belt or through a rolling pin with rolled dough.
